As President & CEO of a multi-business industrial services company, I led enterprise-wide transformation across operations, finance, systems, and culture. Revenue scaled from ~$75M to over $200M, profitability expanded materially, and six independent business units were unified under a single operating model and ERP. I led acquisition integration, professionalized financial reporting and KPI cadence, and installed leadership infrastructure capable of sustaining growth.
